Amazing service. I went to the part department and a gentleman that goes by initials J.E showed me what real customer service really is. He was very patient, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly went above and behond to make sure i get waht i needed.
I was going to leave a 5 star review until I found out after buying a truck that I had to return later because they couldn’t get all the paperwork figured out but what pisses me off the most was the fact that I already had a bank I wanted to work with and they agreed to only send my credit application the that bank ONLY, THEY SENT IT TO atleast 5 different banks and it tanked my credit score over 100 points, beyond pissed off with these guys, I’m glad I had to return the truck cause I don’t want to do business with them ever... read more
Great service and always a great experience.
Last week I took my car in to have it serviced. However, I was quoted what my total charge would be after they sent a invoice of what was wrong with my car. Long story short when I picked up my vehicle I did a split payment with my card and the other payment method cash. I signed my invoice, they gave me my car. About a week after, I received a text message stating we only see you paid this amount and we need you to come pay the remainder of $600. So I went looked at my receipt of who cashed me out!
