Well I'm giving them a 5 star not for a repair they did but one they didn't do. Let me explain my situation was extremely unusual. My vehicle was hit by a driver who admitted fault and because I had basic liability as required the expectation was Assured America would take care of the damages. They did a great job replacing my bumper and taking care of a paint issue! Awesome people to work with!
Woodhouse Collision Center billed the insurance company for new replacement parts, never installed them and instead reinstalled the damaged used parts in an attempt to increase their profits. We discovered this after the exhaust system "fell off" and having the car inspected by another shop. The previously damaged original exhaust pipe was reinstalled so bent up it wouldn't hang correctly or fit within the designated undercarriage exhaust channel.
