Woodhouse Collision Center billed the insurance company for new replacement parts, never installed them and instead reinstalled the damaged used parts in an attempt to increase their profits. We discovered this after the exhaust system "fell off" and having the car inspected by another shop. The previously damaged original exhaust pipe was reinstalled so bent up it wouldn't hang correctly or fit within the designated undercarriage exhaust channel. I brought my car there 2-1/2 days ago to get an estimate for repairs. I was told they would get to it the next day. Called the next day was told it was in the air and I would hear something the next day mid morning. Called the afternoon. Was told I would be called back. I had to call back and just told them I would pick my car up. Their excuse is it takes longer.
