I brought my car there 2-1/2 days ago to get an estimate for repairs. I was told they would get to it the next day. Called the next day was told it was in the air and I would hear something the next day mid morning. Called the afternoon. Was told I would be called back. I had to call back and just told them I would pick my car up. Their excuse is it takes longer. Alison, Tyler, and the team in the body shop were great to work with and kept me updated on my truck throughout the process.
Overall very good experience with the Woodhouse collision center in Blair. The work on my bronco was top notch. The previous hail storm did a number on it and they made it look like the storm never happened. My only extremely minor complaint was communication. I will not elaborate as they were so kind to get me a loaner when SF was unable to get me a rental even though I pay for it in premiums, so I give Woodhouse collision center this review for their hard work and customer service! Way to go guys and thank you!!
