Overall very good experience with the Woodhouse collision center in Blair. The work on my bronco was top notch. The previous hail storm did a number on it and they made it look like the storm never happened. My only extremely minor complaint was communication. I will not elaborate as they were so kind to get me a loaner when SF was unable to get me a rental even though I pay for it in premiums, so I give Woodhouse collision center this review for their hard work and customer service! Way to go guys and thank you!!
Trent was awesome!! Trent in the collision center, he was super helpful to me and wasted no time. He had my repair estimates done in 2 minutes and a part I needed in the very next day! Thank you for your service!
The team was friendly and explained everything needed for a collision repair. They were fast and thorough and finished promptly. Everything took about 20 minutes.
Took my car in after an accident and they only completed half of the repairs but tried to bill for the whole repairs. If I could give negative stars I would.
