I came to Woodholme GI because Sinai GI has been struggling with extremely high hold times when calling and it was hard to schedule a follow up appointment because appts were 2 months out. Today I saw Dr. Jeffery Howard Schwartz and I was satisfied with how confident and knowledgeable he was with my treatment plan. Worst office I have ever dealt with. Dr Loc Le. Waited over an hour to see him. He was extremely rude. After the visit I was told he would not fill my medications (none are controlled substances. They are all standard GI prescriptions). His assistant Melanie is also horrible to speak with. When I tried changing doctors the front office hung up on me. Also no virtual visits are offered despite it advertised.
I wouldn't know how their staff is. They keep rescheduling me -- sometimes with and sometimes without my permission. Moving on.
Dr. Todd Heller 1838 Greentree Rd. Pikesville MD, has been my GI Dr for quite some time now and all i can say is he one in a million.
