Such a great friendly lady. She helped me so very much to accommodate my needs, my parking ticket, has folks come and Ice the side walks before snow. Sends notifications if anything is going to happen. Let me know when the tow trucks come to make sure none of my visitors are in the guest parking so they don’t get their vehicles towed away!! Such a great person inside and out!!

This place needs to be investigated. Majority white board members but most of residents are minorities. All this HOA does is relentlessly fine us and steal our vehicles. Never any community meetings, never any positive updates, just fines and illegal vehicle impoundment.

They just don't do what's right: a plank of wood came off the back gate due to a ball that had been kicked. When I told them, they said that was the owner's responsibility. And yet, a couple of weeks later this whole block of buildings started to get the whole back fence torn down and a new one built.
