Been trying to finish our one year review and one hurdle after another , they came to fix a door messed up the door jam , now they won’t fix the door jam just glued the peice and painted over it . When you pay over 300k for a new home this is not what you expect when they fix things , just heard back from the manager Issac and said if we don’t take time off work of give them access to our home while we are not here they are not going to fix anything. We purchased a Woodhill home almost a year ago in Boardman, Oregon. Now when purchasing a new house, you’d think moving in would be a breeze. We ran into cracks in the wall’s, window framing and several other minor issues. I will say some of these issues have been resolved, but it took months and several visits to complete.
