This place is a joke. Management is a joke. They let crack head druggies in and make the other tenants pay for it !!! This place needs to be shut down. Way over priced and you get garbage!!!! Do NOT consider living here!!!!
that big dumpster parked across the parking right in front of a persons trailer is a great way to say COME ON IN lol...really right in the opening of the park??.. if you want people to come in and maybe rent or buy..move that eyesore just saying nothing says were a red neck trailer park than a dumpster at the enterence
Horrible management, horrible people allowed to live there, theft break-ins fire bombings, streets flood so bad you need a boat to get out absolutely disgusting when you pay $1000 a month.
