As a resident of Woodhaven for almost 12 years I have found that the staff does and will go above and beyond to assist anyone. Our new administrator has successfully taken on the task of fixing all aspects of the building and makes himself available either in his office or being a part of activities throughout the day. A member of Case Management will make time to sit and discuss whatever is going on in the lives of residents and explain how each issue can be resolved. Visiting my grandpa there, the staff was rude unprofessional and didn’t help at all. He was left unattended with bedsores.
