Very quiet at all times of the day. Friendly community plenty of parking very close to all major necessities.

the apt building is in good shape - landlord and neighbor are nice. However I do not see the association being very reliable / useful although the family owners here seems to pay them quite a bit each year. 1) 1st couple of days of renting, my package was stolen ( and it seems to happen to other people as well) because the apt does not have designated area to drop package in door and the association are not responsible for this at all. 2) Once you have issues for repair/pest, the association can't do anything at all you are ... read more
