Nikana loves her visits! Great staff, great office.
Honestly we could not ask for a better vet. You can tell they care and love animals. We moved here from the heart of downtown Toronto and the difference is night and day. The vets in Toronto just seemed to be about the profit and upselling you. Jeff has never tried that with us and we started seeing him when we got our Toller pup that is now 15 months old. I am so unbelievably grateful to this staff. My puppy had ingested some pills meant for seizures. He was not able to walk and could barely move. Emerg was closed at night. I was able to get in right away in the morning. After assessing his condition, Dr. Goldman stayed overnight with my puppy. While there, he was so well cared for and loved- even while sleep deprived vet stayed up :). Definitely saved his life. Do NOT bring your rabbit here!! The vet here stapled my poor bunny with no sedation or pain relief, the stress gave him GI stasis and nearly killed him. Went to a different vet for the stasis and found out that rabbits should never be stapled anyway because their skin can't handle it, it's too thin. The staple job was bad too - he wasnt shaved properly and one of them fell out less than an hour later. They provide exceptional care, are diligent in their treatments and go above and beyond to accommodate the needs of their patients.
