I opened this account in April/May after being talked into it, and I was happy initially. However, the last month has been a total disaster, resulting in six unwarranted fees and zero accountability from the local branch I have been charged: 1 Fees for paying off a loan that was designated as "international," a detail I was never informed of. 1 Fee because the bank was down for service, preventing me from making a deposit to cover transactions. 4 Fees over two days after the bank held immediate transfers from Cash App. ... read more
The ladies today were incredible. Helped us with deposits, change of address, getting debit cards, and more. Very polite and professional. The manager assisting them from another branch in Grand Prairie was absolutely amazing. Better team than the ones from over a month ago whom didnt know what they were doing.
