Update on my first two posts. I want to applaud that Woodforest National Bank took my posts and many phone calls seriously. I spoke with the management team in 2 separate calls, one from Ashley and one from Terry. I can honestly say it was refreshing to speak with Americans and ones that live here in Texas.
