I brought my mother to the bank today at the Plainfield location. I received excellent service from Nathan all my questions and concerns were answered and my mother was very impressed. Nathan took the time and patience to set up her account on her phone and everything. I definitely recommend Woodforest to my family and friends. Thanks again Nathan.
I have to say, this branch is incredibly helpful to customers. I had a few bills that couldn’t be used in the machines, and the staff went out of their way to assist me. They were friendly, informative, and helped me get new bills without any hassle. What really stood out is that they were willing to help even though I don’t have an account with them. It’s great to see a place that treats everyone with the same level of care and respect. Highly recommend!
