Matias is just awesome. He’s always kind, explains things in a way that makes sense, and never rushes you. He really makes banking feel less like a chore—and more like someone actually cares.
Matias is hands down one of the best tellers I’ve ever worked with. He’s professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Every time I come in, he greets me with a smile and handles my transactions quickly and accurately. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers. It’s always a pleasure to be assisted by him!
If I could, I would give this place negative 5 stars. They are incompetent on how to do there jobs. I deposited an check from my insurance company and was told there should be no issue on how the check was issued. It had my name, the mortgage company and, or the estate. I'm the holder of said estate. They have put a hold on this amount for 25days and give me the run around on how to get this resolved. The local branch is clueless on how to resolve any kind of issues. Stay away from the branch and Woodforest Bank altogether.
