Blanca Reyes is an amazing professional banker. There were A few discrepancies I had with my account I came off a little rough however it was not towards her. She maintained her professionalism and helped me get to the root cause and she fought for me. I was able to retrieve my funds less than 24 hours. Blanca also made it a point to personally call me herself to inform me that my funds were available in my account. Blanca definitely deserves a raise. I went to this location to close my account. I did my final withdrawal, signed the form, and even asked if the account would be closed the next day, to which the worker said yes. A week later, I see my account was still open and I was charged a fee for having it below the minimum balance. I had to contact customer service to close the account which was an inconvenience.
