This is by far the WORST branch I have ever come to. I and 6 other customers stood in line for, get this, 25.5 minutes! Is this crazy or what????!! The teller never acknowledged us as she laughed and talked with customer she was assisting. I think Woodforest needs to put in ATMs that you can make deposits. It is not fair for customers to wait such an insane amount of time to deposit money!
Leslie and Aaliyah were so helpful and nice and very good.
Shardae was very nice and the process was very quick. Highly recommend !
I want to say I went into the branch today feeling really bad because of a dispute on my account and Leslie Ramirez was so so helpful if I may say truly the sweet heart thank you again so much
