I've had this bank since 2017, and I've never felt the need to swtich or leave. They're always nice, even when Im complicated take long. I've been a customer at Woodforest National Bank since 2008. This is the best bank I've ever dealt with. The tellers know me by name and greet me as soon as I walk up. Id highly recommend anyone looking for a good Bank to check them out.
Opening an account was quick and easy. The tellers are exceptionally nice and efficient. Nice to bank where I shop! Best of all, they printed my debit card right there when I opened my account - no waiting on corporate office to mail me one!
