If I could give a 0 rate for the service I received today at the 2205 E Rueben Torres in Brownsville TX branch I would because of the Assistant Manager, Daniel I would. I stood in line from 5:05PM to 5:42PM and when I arrived it was only one lady ahead of me. Daniel (Assistant Manager) helped the Teller which I completely understood because she was helping a Commercial Banking customer. He looked at me and told me I could go to ATM to make a deposit.
