Great experience with Woodforest representative Kenton and staff. They were very informative, professional and polite. Plus they also reminded us of referral program which puts money in your account..
The staff at this branch are awesome and always help with anything you may need. Update: Unfortunately I will be closing my account with Woodforest. This is the 3rd time something has happened and I'm the one who has to suffer for it. Not to mention give up my hard-earned money for something that's not my fault. Staff is great but I'm done. Don't bank here unless you want to deal with a 50% of the time broken atm that doesn't give you your money or hidden fees coming out of your account that they WILL NOT REFUND OR WAIVE.
