I have been a Woodforest customer over 10 years. Brent and Carl at the Findlay location have always been friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.
Great experience (especially in the Findlay location). The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Setting up an account only takes about 20 minutes. No fees for most "normal" checking and saving accounts. Unlike most banks, you can pay a small fee and get a debit card within minutes instead of waiting a week plus in the mail for one to arrive.
