The manager is so unprofessional and rude.
This bank is just not a good bank. I had to wait ONE MONTH to get MY OWN MONEY out of this bank. Said they didn't have that much, and they had to make arrangements. That lasted 3 weeks. I was shocked that they were shocked that I expected them to be a bank. Please, don't bank here. They really are horrible. Their online services are as terrible as the cash amounts in their vault. And I think vault is pushing it here. Let's say money box?
This branch used to be excellent until they changed the staff the new staff is very lazy and don't stock any of the paperwork you need after they close no envelopes in the slots for night deposit drop off they need to bring back the old bank staff they were better I might have to close my account and go to a different bank can't to my banking here anymore
