Take your business elsewhere—this branch is a joke! I walked in with 15 one-dollar bills that my pet decided to "improve." Sure, they were a bit damaged, but the serial numbers were still legible. Then there was George, who acted like I was asking for a miracle. He refused to take my cash and told me to go to another branch. Then I spoke with the branch manager, Kelly, who backed him up.
