Literally the worst Woodforest Branch in the face of the planet. I've only came here a handful of times and half of those I've had to go to another branch to get my needs met. Previous issues have been getting approval because of the size of a withdrawal or deposit I was trying to make. Apparently they don't hire managers to complete approvals here, they have to call elsewhere and nobody picks up the phone.
