Came here on a whim after getting denied by another bank because address on ID was not changed yet. Walked into woodforest to try and not only was approved but was informed about so much amazing benefits with banking with them. Susan was so informative in so many ways that I was so happy I stopped in and made an account. Much appreciated for the simple set up!
I have been banking with Woodforest since 2015. They were the only bank to give me a second chance. Well, as far as I am concerned I will forever bank with Woodforest. Recently I had fraudulent charges on my card. Christine was fabulous. Got everything straightened out, explained everything she did and got my new debit card all in one call. Then I found another fraudulent charge AFTER the card was closed. I got a refund and Susan explained how it would get to my account even with new debit card. Ladies, thank you!!
Recently opened an account. The experience was awesome. The women were wonderful. The manager has been great everytime I have gone in there.
Both Susan and Bill were incredibly nice and easy to work with in getting my account opened and taken care of greatly appreciated!
