Susan the most ignorant lady ever talks to customers like they are kids and refuses to call you back worst customer service honestly I do not recommend this bank they have no respect for the elderly asked my 75 yr old mother to get up from a chair while waiting susan needs fired I will be reporting this bank for over charges on my account that Susan refuses to call back about
We have been with Woodforest Bank in Peru for a few years. We always have excellent service. I was in there the other day, and I had a few things to fix on my account. Susan helped fix it right away! Everyone there is very knowledgeable and helpful!
