This branch (the south Zanesville branch) has been the only one who has made sure and issue i had got done.. even when they were closing. Christine was amazing and even though I was crying and upset she remained calm. While I was waiting another customer came by and was very rude to her and she still was able to be calm and told them to have a good holiday and day. Thank you Christine for caring even when customers are rude to you!
They are really great here at Woodforest National Bank. They helped me with an issue that no one else wanted to bother with. They girls on the Southend are great!
