Unfortunately we had 2 booked appts to open a business acct and both appts Woodforest did not have anyone in the office to help us. The first appt was cancelled by a teller and rescheduled , then no one even notified us that the rescheduled appt was not going to work either. Appts were made 10days apart and days off of work were taken and Woodforest did not leave a good impression on us regarding this
