Emely was amazing!
What a great experience I had at this branch yesterday. We needed to cash paper savings bonds that were given to my son years ago. Kelley Wright not only knew how to do it but took the time that was needed to get this done all while multi-tasking her other duties as branch manager. She is a true asset to this branch & the entire organization. Well done Kelley.
I want to give a huge thank you to Emily, Grace, and Danielle for their outstanding customer service! While opening my account, I had a hypoglycemic episode and started feeling dizzy. Emily immediately brought me a piece of candy and a chair, and her kindness kept me from passing out.
