I moved from NY to Humble Texas last year and before I knew that I was going to move here, I was getting comfortable and ready to be here and I actually opened my account prior to moving here. I love it here and my official bank is woodforest since my bank from NY isn't here. I'm going to have to officially transfer my deposits to woodforest Bank. Thank you for the great service that you provided to me every time I come here.
It was very pleasant, the clerk was patient while explaining what my concerns were. She took the time to answer all questions, and went above
Excellent customer service.
Friendly and fast service
