Ive been banking here at this bank for a few years now . The staff here is always nice, polite and happy to see you . Anytime I have ever had a problem here , they have always gone out of there way to help me. Ive had accounts at other banks and there fee are twice as much , but there willing to resolve your issue as been lacking .
Kenterica was excellent and provided me great customer service! I am so happy and pleased she was able to open my account, I originally came in looking for first convenience bank but after speaking with her i immediately decided to join WoodForest.
