Recommendedhorrible service at the ben white location. they will literally sit there and watch people stand in line and ignore them. they sit in the back and do what ever it is they do. i pay a mothly fee and while i understand theres other work to be done, this fall under something completely different. its called laziness and incompetence. everyone at this branch should be fired.
I have been a Woodforest Bank Customer for over 30 years but I just learned that they gave a woman a problem opening a business account because she was a woman. She already had personal account at the bank but because her she had been divorced her name on some of her documents had changed. This would never have happened if she were a man. I'm considering moving my account.
