I recently opened an account there 2 weeks ago. Doing such things always puts me on edge. Elena (I hope I spelled her name correctly) assisted me in opening my account. She had a wonderful attitude, was calming, friendly, and professional. She even called a few days later to check in me. The whole experience was excellent customer service.
I had the best overall experience with Erroll Williams at this bank. He is the branch manager of the Kernersville Woodforest Branch... if you need a new welcoming experience drop by to see him personally. He will treat you with trust, kindness and he makes sure you understand what is what I would give him 10 stars but since only 5 is the top amount he earned everyone of those...
I have been coming here for about two years by now and the staff have always been so kind and welcoming. They are always reliable and willing to help wherever they can. Shout out to Luz, Nick, Alaina, and Na’gee, these guys are always so helpful and keep a smile on my face while I’m in their presence. Totally recommend going here, customer service 1000/10!!!
Alaina, Luz, and Na’gee always have positive and welcoming vibes when I go to woodforest, such a wonderful team to help you, excellent service and patience, my sisters been banking with them for the longest because the vibes are so unmatched.
