If I could leave no stars I would. This is the absolute worst bank I’ve ever used. I have been made late to work twice now all because they can’t open their stores at the appropriate times. Open at 10am can’t even get business started up till an hour later. Management is the worst I’ve seen, full on celebrating after I closed my account like I’m the problem, I haven’t even had my account for a whole month y'all. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else.
If I could give no stars I truly would. My daughter opened her first checking account. Two weeks later we are there a 10am to deposit her check. By 10:30 she was late to work due to the bank not being ready for business at 10am. We chalk it up to an isolated event next time will be better right? Today was "next time" two weeks later and we are there again at 10am and everyone has to wait until they fill their atm and their cash drawers another 30 minutes goes by and we are still waiting. It all depends on the location! They are mostly in Walmarts and the one in kernersville is awful. The guy actually sat there talking to his friend until they closed and then told me they were closed. When I got up to the window 5 minutes he was talking to his friend for 10! The one in Hanes Mill road and Winston is good and there is one located inside the Walmart kester Mill road it is good because it's on the end on the left side and it's easily accessible
Thank goodness I am only an authorized user on an account for this institution because every time I have to come here, I am reminded that I’d never bank here. It’s always something. Do not show up at 10am when they are supposed to open because you’ll have to wait 20-30 to do anything since the employees arrive at 10 or after & have to then get setup. Today, apparently they don’t have a cash drawer…I’m sorry, isn’t that what a bank is for? Anyway, wasted trip & couldn’t even make a deposit.
