Omg I finally figured this out!!! I actually opened my first bank account in probably 20 years long story short I have my first actual paycheck like paper check I years so I couldn't cash it anywhere for some reason. So I was able to open an account here and they ladies there was soooo wonderful and amazing I had a couple uh ohs but it got fixed and they was so so so so helpful.
