went in the other day looking into various accounts. bank seemed clean and organized. Sarah is very knowledgeable and EXTREMELY friendly. This kind of attitude is what you don't see often today in customer service. 10/10 would recommend.
Sarah is new but despite that she still went above and beyond in helping me resolve some issues I was having with my account. It took a few weeks while I decided what to do, but she was able to get things sorted out from me, and I’m not losing money anymore.
