I’ve banked here for years and today was denied to cash my certified check from Better Banks in Morton.. The manager was rude and no customer service! The old crew were awesome! I’ll be changing banks.. it’s my money and you are breaking the law by not cashing a certified check! Shame on you!
Everytime I come in here with an issue the staff are quick to respond in anyway to help that they can, sometimes going above and beyond... Which is greatly appreciated! Why bank anywhere else?
