Came to cash a $7000 check, the manager Ellie decided it was “too large to cash it”, meanwhile everybody else who had an account with them didn’t have any problems cashing theirs, I asked her if this was her decision or they actually didn’t have any money, she said we gotta make the money last till next Friday. Great way to attract new customers, I’ll make sure I never open an account with Woodforest National Bank and I’ll make sure all my friends and close people know about the way you do business.
I have been banking at this location since they opened the doors. I recommended them to my entire family, now they bank here as well. I love the staff. They have grown to be a part of our family and community. Ms. Ellie is a EXCELLENT BRANCH MANAGER.
