Promised they were close to using Zelle. Waited & waited & finally they announced Zelle was now up & running ! Not ! Tried & tried & finally called main office in Texas & was told they have a glitch in the system & they were sorry. Sorry ? No explanation as to what or when it would be fixed. Andy and Margie provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in years.
