Alba as always provided me with excellent customer service. She’s a jewel. And her customer service is second to none
The customer service is very rude and if you ask any question they won’t answer or if they do will answer with a attitude. Plus if you take the money in a safe bag they still open it and counter it and that’s not bad but I think if you have a safe bag it’s for a reason. I don’t like to wait for three hours for them to count the money by hand and also in the machine and if that is not enough someone else also has to count it to.
Ramsey team is AWESON. I enjoy ALL the service I receive. They are very friendly and I APPRECIATE ALL OF THEM.
Never had a problem with any of the staff no matter what time of day I go. I am always greater with a smile and a hello
