I've banked with Woodforest for a few years. Service was mediocre. The young lady never smiled. She wasn't welcoming. I assume she was a supervisor or lead team member because she was showing her coworker how to complete a transaction. I didn't understand why I had to pay $10 for a money order or cashier's check. She wasn't certain whether this was accurate but she didn't take the time to get an answer from someone else. I didn't pay the money.
