I make the SAME $5k deposit every month (and have been for 3 years) and each time I have to wait for approval before they can accept the deposit. I was told today that mgmt said to wait TEN MINUTES before the tellers are allowed to start calling the managers for approval; they are to scan and email a copy of the deposit first. This is the WORST customer service experience at a bank I’ve encountered.
