I went to this branch to make it before closing. The assistant manager there took one look at me and my check and immediately start asking questions about where I work and how much I get paid. I assume he thought it was a payroll check, however, it was a 401k check from a withdrawal I made. Completely racist! He then refused to honor my check and decided to put a 7 day hold on it because he deemed a Fidelity check “not trustworthy “ as soon as my funds are available I will be closing my account!
