I HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE WOODFOREST BACK IN HAMPTON VA, THE LOCATION IN NEWPORT NEWS IS BETTER VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TGEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! STAY AWAY FROM THE HAMPTON LOCATION THEYRE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND ALL THEY DO IS LIE PLEASE STAY AWAY
Since I been with them I have had no problems so I just may stick with them they email me an let me now my available amount every day I love it
