On 2/24, I dealt with Elizabeth and Lavelle. As Elizabeth was working things out with her boss, Lavelle and I chatted. Going to the bank is so mundane, but having great conversation makes it a little more enjoyable so his company was greatly appreciated. Elizabeth answered all my silly questions even the ones I asked repeatedly. Those 2 were incredibly sweet and patient. I’ve been coming to this bank for many years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!
