I had a great experience at Woodforest National Bank at Walmart 8520 branch 0733, Fernanda and Daphne have an amazing service.
I Called on line customer service because I had a dispute on my account for my understanding. I didn't know if it was Ach or a debit card dispute? Well, she didn't even investigate it. Because she closed my card without investigating it and she turned my card off and finding out it was Ach. I went to the branch at 8520 beach and the girl Fernanda said it wasn't my debit card. Fernanda helped me with the POA process for my mom’s account so that I’d have access since my mom is in a nursing home now and this was very important to get done. She was most helpful and followed up in a timely manner and to get this done for me. It was her first time doing this process and she did it effortlessly. I’m really grateful for her help!
