I would give one star if possible, Ranae (branch manager) was highly unprofessional when called, continuously hung up on when trying to figure out why I don’t have access to my funds and/or why they are being withheld. Georgia Code Section 16-11-66 Code indicates that I am by law allowed to record my phone calls as long as both parties are aware, after stating this phone call was recorded I was then hung up on again which would make the 4th time I being the account holder have had no communication on this matter and have bee... read more
Horrible experience, had my money withheld from me with no proper communication from anyone in the bank. The manager Renee continuously hung up on me, refused to allow me to record for my own benefit and my own records as soon as I said, I am recording this call I was hung up on. Was given the runaround several times, and continuously was sent from customer service back to the branch back to customer service. I do not recommend ever coming to this bank and I definitely recommend for upper management to look at their manager ... read more
