Great customer service
I was banking with Woodforest since 2011. This review is not really towards this specific branch but Woodforest as a whole and specifically my experience with customer service through phone when I traveled to Rio de Janeiro on August 3rd and 4rth. Firstly, I don't recommend people to choose this bank or small ones because their cards don't tap, they don't have very many branches, and if you want to take out money without getting a fee you have to do it within 6am to 10pm, when it's respective Walmart is open.
