Staffs (especially Austin )are very friendly. Greet me with a smile and remember my name every time I visited the bank . They are very helpful in opening CD and Western Union transaction. Aside from these very knowledgeable on the services the bank offers . For these I would like to thank you all for the above and beyond services to me. I really appreciate it .

Not very professional or welcoming to loudly complain about how customers line up waiting for opening when there is no designated line up spot
Austin is such a great guy and a wonderful, knowledgeable banker. Anytime i come in he greets me with a warm smile and respect. Definitely recommend this bank to all my friends and family
