I have been with Woodforest Bank for 20 years. Unfortunately I can't give 5 stars for a couple reasons. I was scammed a few months ago of 54.00 I changed my card filed a dispute and was denied the 54.00 by Woodforest. I went to the establishment did my own investigation and the employees looked at the video and saw the person that made the transaction that someone scammed me. I took the evidence to Stan at Woodforest (not the video) but the employees name the owners name and number date time etc and Stan sent all the documen... read more
Ms. Priscilla was very sweet and knowledgeable about her work and how to make customers feel very happy and comfortable to leave their hard earned money at the woodforest bank on Kirkwood branch. She's due for some big raise that worth her knowledge and smiles. Keep it up ma and many blessings.
