It was a pleasure to have melody open my account and bionda translate the disclosures for me. Will definitely come back with friends so they can open accounts with them as well.
The branch manager will not release the hold on. insurance policy check stating it’s a new account. Last month I received a direct deposit from the same company for over $3000. She could have released a portion of the check, but chose not to. I also had to call the bank 3 times after a return call was requested. Once everything clears I will definitely not be doing business with this bank.

Usually I have a very pleasant treatment from Woodforest but today I was very displeased. As I was waiting for the atm a worker yelled at another worker unpleasant words that coming from a professional person they should never be said at their own work place. This will be the last time I go to this location they seem very unprofessional and disrespectful.
