This is the worst dentist I've encounter, terrible attitude does not appreciate your business he carries him self as he is doing you a favor by accepting you in his office.

I definitely agree with the review Disappointed posted, I actually spoke to Dr. Don H. in reference to the long wait that is been going on for the last year, he actually had a really bad attitude from the beginning and started telling me that if I was telling him how to run his business and there was a lot of dentist out there, that what was my problem,I just ask him to tell what was my estimated time to wait for them to change my son's bands for his braces,he said he did not know, when it only takes at the most 10min. and i... read more

My experience with Woodforest Dental Assoc was not good. The front office staff does not communicate with the parents or patients. If you (the customer) point out something they are never at fault they start pointing finger to different employees and even sometimes ended back at you! My question, aren’t all the employees a team??? I had a question and I got 3 different answers when I finally got to talk to the manager that by the way was very rude and unprofessional.
