If I could give a minus 0 review I WOULD’VE DEFINITELY DONE IT. Why some tellers have to be SO RUDE and non professional. I regret profoundly coming to this branch, the agent keep raising her voice kept me waiting for a long period of time WHEN IT WAS NO OTHER CUSTOMERS. I needed the branch manager assistance for a problem that the customer support line advised me to reach out to. Disrespected never thought it would happen at this branch
This is my new go to branch. The people here are so friendly they never leave you standing around waiting to be seen while they talk amongst themselves. Here I get great service . They explain things without making a face or judgement and Ms. Edith is amazing so patient and make everything so easy and smooth. She put my mind at ease.
