The receptionist were very awesome and patient, however the wait for another member to approve my deposit was HORRIBLE. Even after calling multiple parties for assistance the wait was still horrendous! Customer retention should be taught to the approval team of the process. I waited 40mins just to deposit the check to pay you guys back your money you loaned me
