Very helpful and understanding
The staff are always very professional and friendly. I wouldn’t want to bank anywhere else!!!
1) Staff were somewhat stuck-up. A customer (myself) walked up to the counter, and I was the one speaking first. Some customer service, huh. 2) Then they close a branch in my hometown. Now to go to the back, I travel 35 miles. 3) And currently having problems with my daily bank postings of my account and its activities. They've (Woodforest) stopped posting them. Now I've no idea what went on with my bank account last night. Nice job, Woodforest. Not. 4) As of this posting, I'm looking into other banks in my town.
