Horrible experience. Won’t be going back. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to cash a matured CD and get a cashiers check. It took 45 minutes for them to take my money a year ago to get the CD. Everyone one nice but it takes too long. Went to another bank and got a CD. In and out in under 20 minutes.
The bank teller gave GREAT SERVICE and solved all my issues. Her Name was Natasha
Natasha is amazing she is very nice helpful and she is patient I will always go to her for my bank needs she is amazing if y’all need a bank go to her on memorial parkway inside walmart
