I had the most helpful experience today at this branch location. I've been banking with woodforest for a few years now and I've never had someone help me so thoroughly as today. I'm dealing with identity fraud and it's easy to feel helpless in this process. The team at this branch really took their time to correct any information that is no longer vaid on my accounts. Until today I was going to cancel my accounts with woodforrest bank, now I believe I'll stick around for a while. They really deserve this review.
