I’ve been a customer of Woodforest Bank for many years from when I lived in Tfe Woodlands, TX. I’ve traveled and lived in several different cities and at every branch I have been treated extremely professionally. Tge only exception is with the manager at the Northport, AL branch. The manager at this branch has been extremely rude and very non-professional every time that I’ve gone into this branch.
