DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK! Been a customer over a year now. Was notified that my check would be held for verification for seven days. Called customer support afterwards and was told I could pick my checks and close my account, no problem. When I called my local branch, I was told that this was impossible. At this very moment, the money has posted to my account for 5 days. Woodforest will not let me access it, close my account, or lift my hold.
