Training, coaching, and doing a mentorship here has not just been beneficial as an individual, but the knowledge I have gained as a coach from bringing in my best athletes, and having them train alongside some of the best, have such a high vibe environment that you can’t not want to work hard to win in
Elite space to train in and be around, makes training or rehabilitation from injuries feel like nothing at all. With knowledgeable and friendly coaches to help with anything from programming to just having a laugh! Got me back from not being able to walk to pain free and playing footy in 5 months! Highly recommend best in the buisness!!

I’ve been training at Woodford SSC for a year now, and it’s hands down the best decision I’ve made for my athletic performance. As a 100/200m sprinter, I’ve never felt stronger or faster. I started training at Woodford over 6 months ago now rehabbing for an ACL injury sustained at the end of the last footy season. The team and family at Woodford are honestly some of the most passionate people I’ve ever met. The energy is constantly up which helps lift the spirit and makes the psychological side of injury rehab so much more tolerable. I’m eying off a return in 2 weeks back making the return in less than 9 months. Can’t thanks the Woodford team enough!
