Absolutely wonderful experience!
The property is absolutely beautiful. Our guide, Jim, was very informative and probably the best tasting “instructor” I’ve experienced yet. This is the only distillery we’ ve toured that actually set an no -alcoholic drink and place for out daughter. Items in the gift shop were really reasonably priced. Have always loved Woodford. Now an evven greater fan.
Tour was interesting & the tasting at the end was fun.
You do not have to be a burbon lover to come here. The drive around Lexington and Versailles to get here is breathtaking. You'll even pass Ashford Stud where American Pharaoh is staying. I took the tour and added the mixology class for the end. We made mint juleps...and they were fantastic! The staff is amazing and the facility is first class.
